By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Returns
Return Due To Change Of Mind The Head And Tails Sports And Games will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within a week of receipt of the item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping expenses will be borne by Customer. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (The Head And Tails Sports And Games) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from us for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, We do not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
3. Delivery Terms
a. Transit Time Domestically In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days
b. Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
c. Change Of Delivery Address For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
d. Items Out Of Stock – If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
e. Delivery Time Exceeded – If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
5. Defective items
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to us within (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Head And Tails Sports And Games. The safe receipt of defective products by Head And Tails Sports And Games is the sole responsibility of the customer. While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
Taxes : All the taxes have already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund cancellation policy.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
a. Process for parcel damaged in-transit : We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
b. Process for parcel lost in-transit : We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
10. Obligation of The Head And Tails Sports And Games
a. Head And Tails Sports And Games shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
b. Head And Tails Sports And Games shall not refund any amount. (only store credit)
c. Special case – If the product is defective and the customer requests a refund, only then, the amount will be reflected in the customer’s given account details (upon inspection), within 25 working days.
d. Not with standing the above, Head And Tails Sports And Games is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. Head And Tails Sports And Games shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.
11. Partial Refunds
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Head And Tails Sports And Games is unable to deliver certain products, the Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate products, Head And Tails Sports And Games shall agree to refund the amount against such non-deliverable products.
